Lost Account

Tried logging on and got the message saying “try again later”. After a while it let me log on and my account reset to zero. I was level 50 with lots of money invested. Please help. I have screen shots of my wolf before it reset at level 50, now I’m level one and my user ID stayed the same.....

So you can’t get in the game I don’t have a account on it

Same thing happened to me, twice already :/
Last time was last night, and previously; same week after the big update in December .
I have several friends that it have happened to too.

Best ting to do, and the only thing you can do; is to just contact the devs.
Send an email to support@swiftapps.pl or something and tell them what happened, when it happened and your email that you have connected your account to.
And then wait.
The sooner you contact them, the better.
It's easier for them to retrieve backups from your latest gameplay if it is reported within 2 days from when the issue acquired.

I’ve emailed them several times for past few days and no reply. I’ve sent Facebook messages and nothing. I will continue to try and contact them.

The email they provide on their support site is bogus. I’ve been contacted by several others going through same thing. They are not reachable and will not return help inquired. I will wait another 24 hours then I will get outside assistance. People spend too much money on their product to not receive help.

There's been an issue with the support e-mail for the past few days but it should be working now, so please try again :)
