Hey Everyone!

So recently, I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab A, and I noticed that for some reason, I can't play the game on higher qualities. I tried reinstalling the app, and using apps to fix this issue, but nothing works. The screen gets blurry when I use anything pass low quality. Any suggestions?

I have been using low quality, my issue is that I can't go pass low quality without it getting blurry. I want to use the higher quality, the games looks bad on low.

I've been using a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 6 since I first started to play The Wolf, and have been stuck on low quality ever since. There's no way to fix it for now, and I'm guessing it's an issue with the Android version, because I tried getting on high quality on my Lenovo phone, and got the same result.

Have you installed the new version of Wolf?

Because in the new version they mixed the iOS and Android players together. I have no idea how well the graphics are for Androiders now, but I doubt it has to do anything with your electronic. It’s an issue within the app itself. As I am iOS, I never experienced this issue but I do hope they fix it if they havent already. xoxo

I still have the problem, and I have the latest version of the game.

It has nothing to do with the version of the game, because it's not just me with the issue anymore. I do believe it has to do with the Android version of the game, and only on certain Samsung tablets. I can play the game just fine on HQ on my iPhone, however at the time before the merge I didn't like playing in the iOS servers, plus my phone would get way too hot while playing The Wolf. I got my tablet specifically for The Wolf and other HQ games. My issue is that I can never play anything above Low or else my UI becomes blurry. And I know it's only The Wolf that does this because I can play on higher qualities on any other game but Swift Apps games.

As I have said on another post with the same problem.
I have had this issue too, but it comes down to the devices you use.
When I use my Samsung S7 the quality is at high and I can see most of the 3D features while playing the game and nothing is blurry. But when I play on my tablet the quality is at low and when the setting is changed to high it will be very blurry and some words may be unrecognizable and game play may be difficult. So I would say it depends on the device. Maybe the game was made for phones and not tablets, or maybe It could be a server issue or a simple bug. Also remember this is a very detailed and realistic 3D game and some of the details and quality setting may depend on how your device can handle the rendering. If the device is not a powerful device or does not have enough RAM then it can only render so-far before it quits rendering. I would recommend a Android Device that has the latest version of Android, a 1 GHz processor and at least 500 MB to 1 GB of RAM, For IOS again the Latest version with 1 GHz processor and 500 MB to 1 GB of RAM. Some tablets may have theses specifications but it may also be the screen resolution, some screens cannot handle extreme quality graphics like those found in The Wolf.
