List of Muted Players

It would be nice to have a list of muted players. There are many reasons but I can't seem to find a way to write them

Hello rain,
I'm not real sure what a muted player is. Can you give me a clue?
I'm also wanting to find out how people are texting while playing the game. I try and can't takes to long with the pop-up keyboard and all.
